The summer camp for the girls visiting the center of the Don Bosko Bulgaria Foundation was held this year from July 20. to July 2.5 in the village of Malchika. We spent nice days together, filled with fun and time with friends. We thought about the creation of the world, we made a model of the solar system, we made epoxy jewelry, colored t-shirts, we were very warmly welcomed by our hosts and took part in the holiday organized by them dedicated to the elderly – our grandparents. We tried to make them happy with songs prepared by the girls. We visited the Krushunski waterfalls, where we enjoyed the beautiful nature and the good weather. The girls were very happy that we managed to go twice to the pool in the nearby town of Levski, where they had a lot of fun. So with many positive emotions gathered this week we returned in Stara Zagora. “

The main organizer and assistant during the camp was the ESC volunteer Anna Rotreklova, who works with us in Stara Zagora on the project “The Education – a key to a better future 2”, 2020-2-BG01-ESC11-079379, co-financed by the program of EU “European Solidarity Corps”. Organizing some of the games during the camp was her personal project.
Anna Černohorská and Ludmila Schejbalová, short-term volunteers under the Cagliero program of our partner organization SADBA, Czech Republic, also took cative part in the camp.
