On June the 10. 2021 in the branch of the foundation in town of Kazanlak was held the VIII. tournament for the cup “Don Bosko. 7 teams took part in the tournament: the “Vocational High School of Transport and Transport Management”, the “Vocational High School of Light Industry and Tourism”, the “Ivan Hadzhienov” High School, the “Nikola Obreshkov” High School of Mathematic, the “St. Cyril and Methodius ” High School, the” Professional High School of Restaurant and Hotel Management “, town of Pavel Banya and the teaom of Don Bosko Bulgaria Foundation. The top scorer of the tournament was Steven Georgiev Doinov from VHSTTM, the 3rd place went to VHSLIT, the 2nd place went to VHS “Ivan Hadjienov” and this year’s cup went to PHS “St. St. Cyril and Methodius. The game was athletic and the matches were contested. Judge of the tournament was Nikola Nikolaev Bonev, BFU, who did very well, despite his age 19.
The tournament is part of the Youth Calendar of Kazanlak Municipality, which provides the prizes and snacks for participants, and supports us from the same beginning.
The main assistant was Radek Steingart, a volunteer from the European Solidarity Corps, working in Kazanlak on the project “Education – the key to a better future 2”, 2020-2BG01-ESC11-079379, co-financed by the EU program “EX”.
